"THE THINGS THEY CARRIED"
Hi girls! I'm posting two questions for everybody to discuss after our analysis of "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien.
a- Are you what you carry?
Does it reveal who you are? If your house was on fire and you could only
carry out 10 items of your most precious belongings. What would you take?
b- It is often said that those who do not learn from history are doomed
to repeat it. Do you agree? Is there anything to learn from the Vietnam
war?
